Terms of Service & Enrollment Agreement

1. Mentorship Framework & Home Sessions

FutureMinds AI provides personalized, in-home instruction in artificial intelligence, computer science, and algorithmic problem-solving for children aged 8–17 within designated localities in Agra.

Each enrollment includes scheduled weekly sessions (typically 60 to 90 minutes), dedicated instructor visits, custom learning software, and monthly project capstone reviews.

2. 24-Hour Rescheduling & Exam Banking Policy

We understand school test schedules and family travel happen. We operate a fair, flexible attendance system:

• Advance Notice: Classes rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice via the WhatsApp concierge will be banked and rescheduled without penalty.
• Exam Freeze: Families may freeze their mentorship plan for up to 3 consecutive weeks during official school term examinations.

3. Intellectual Property (Students Own 100%)

Every line of code, game, application, and artwork created by the student belongs 100% to the student and their family. FutureMinds AI claims zero ownership or patent rights over student creations.

We may feature screenshots or video project demonstrations in promotional showcases only upon receiving express written parental approval.

4. In-Home Safety & Code of Conduct

All FutureMinds AI mentors undergo comprehensive background checks and identity verification. An adult family member or guardian is encouraged to be present in the residence during instructional sessions.

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Cancellations

Tuition fees are billed monthly or quarterly as chosen upon enrollment. Monthly enrollments may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with 7 days' advance notice. Quarterly immersion packages carry a 15% discount and are non-refundable once the third week of instruction has commenced.
